Ordering

To order the glasses of your choice e-mail Glasses@she-gogs.com and ask for a reserve to be placed on the glasses in the gallery.

A reserve notice will be placed on the glasses for one month in which time you should have sent written confirmation of your order along with a cheque, made payable to 'Genproxy' for the correct amount, including postage, packaging and insurance. A longer period may be requested if you are not residing in the United Kingdom.

If more than one order is received for the same glasses a first come, first served basis will apply, however you will be given the opporturnity to order an alternative or place a commission for a similar designed glass.

No order can be accepted for glasses with a reserve on them, but if the glasses are not paid for by the end of a month, you can request that we inform you of their release.

The glasses will be despatched to you upon clearance of cheques and then taken out of the gallery.

Pricing

All prices on the Gallery and the Sale Gallery are per glass. Prices do not include postage, packaging and any insurance that may be required for transportation. When you e-mail your requirements along with your address, the exact amount of the payment due, including postage, packaging and insurance, will be e-mailed to you. If you do not wish to proceed with the purchase you should inform us as soon as possible so the 'reserved' can be removed.

On posting/delivering your glasses we will ensure that we choose the safest and most cost effective method, in order to keep your cost to a minimum.

Packaging

The utmost care will be taken to ensure that your glasses are packaged so that they are delivered to you in perfect condition. No responsibility can be taken for lost or damage during transit.

If your glasses are found to be damaged on arrival you must inform us as soon as possible.

If you have not received your glasses, after a reasonable amount of time, please inform us and we will take the appropriate action.
